Terms of service

These terms govern Shoppyn, operated by Postly Technologies, Inc. By using the service you agree to these terms and the applicable privacy policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You must have authority to act for any organization, store, or publishing account you connect. • Privacy policy

Provide accurate account details and protect your credentials. Organization and workspace administrators are responsible for invitations and assigned permissions. Use only accounts and content you are authorized to manage. Removing a member, switching accounts, deleting a workspace, and closing a product account are different actions.

Shoppyn helps prepare, review, schedule, and deliver product campaigns to supported social and blog channels. You retain rights in your content and grant the limited permissions needed to host, process, transform, and deliver it as instructed. You are responsible for rights to images, text, trademarks, links, and other material you provide.

Review product facts, prices, images, claims, destinations, and schedules before activation. Recurring campaigns can publish according to the schedule you authorize. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable and requires your review. Provider restrictions, expired permissions, connection failures, and other interruptions can delay or prevent delivery; reach, engagement, and sales are not guaranteed.

All app charges for the Shoppyn Shopify offering use Shopify billing. Review the channel quantity, recurring amount, interval, any expressly offered trial, and applicable taxes on Shopify’s approval screen. Monthly charges recur every 30 days; annual charges cover the year. Editing an estimate alone does not approve a subscription or change its existing terms. No separate Postly subscription is required.

Changes, replacement subscriptions, cancellation, and any applicable proration or credit follow the terms presented through Shopify. Uninstalling, revoking a connection, and deleting a product account are distinct from reviewing your confirmed billing status. Contact support for billing disputes or refund requests; applicable statutory rights remain in effect.

When using YouTube functionality you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Shoppyn uses YouTube API Services. Your use of Google and other connected platforms is subject to their applicable terms and policies. Providers control their availability, access permissions, formats, rate limits, and enforcement decisions.

Do not publish illegal content, infringe rights, impersonate others, send spam, bypass provider limits, abuse automation, collect data without authority, compromise security, or interfere with other users. We may restrict access to prevent abuse, protect the service, or comply with law and provider requirements.

• Acceptable use policy

Data processing follows the privacy policy and applicable provider requirements. You may revoke Google access in your Google Account and request data deletion. Closing Shoppyn preserves other active product access where identity or infrastructure is shared. Deleting Shoppyn content does not automatically remove copies already published elsewhere.

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may suspend misuse, unauthorized activity, or service access where required. You may stop use and cancel your subscription through the applicable controls. Retrieve information you need before closure and review billing separately. Mandatory rights and obligations survive where applicable.

The service and third-party integrations are provided subject to availability and applicable law. To the extent legally permitted, we do not warrant uninterrupted service or that generated or published content will meet your objectives. You remain responsible for your publishing instructions and lawful content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Material changes to these terms will be communicated as appropriate and require further agreement where applicable. The version date appears above. Direct service, billing, or legal questions to support@postly.ai and identify Shoppyn and the relevant workspace or store without including secrets.
