How Postly Technologies, Inc. processes information when you use Shoppyn.
Updated October 19, 2026 · Postly Technologies, Inc.
1. Scope and contact
Postly Technologies, Inc. operates Shoppyn. This policy covers the Shoppyn website, dashboard, account, Shopify integration, and authorized social and blog publishing features. Contact support@postly.ai for privacy questions and rights requests. Other Postly products have separate access and subscription settings.
2. Account and workspace information
We process your name, email address, authentication information, profile preferences, organization, workspace memberships, invitations, roles, and support correspondence. These records let us authenticate users, apply permissions, send operational messages, and administer the workspaces you use.
3. Store and publishing information
When you authorize a Shopify store we process its domain, installation identity, product catalog information, images, descriptions, prices, and storefront links. The integration requests read_products; it does not request customer or order data for product campaigns. We also process selected products, drafts, uploaded media, campaign settings, schedules, and delivery results.
4. Connected platforms and permissions
Social and blog integrations process the account or channel identifiers, profile information, authorization tokens, selected content and media, and publishing results needed for features you authorize. Available permissions vary by provider. Review the provider consent screen. We send content to destinations you select; connecting an account alone does not authorize an arbitrary campaign.
5. Google and YouTube API services
Shoppyn uses YouTube API Services where you connect YouTube, and Google services for supported Google integrations. Authorized channel identifiers, videos or uploads, publishing metadata, and permitted reporting data support the features you request. Google API data is used only for disclosed, user-facing functionality and permitted operational purposes.
6. Google API Limited Use
Shoppyn’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use Google Workspace API data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Access by personnel is limited to permitted, necessary support, security, legal, or authorized operational circumstances.
7. Revoke access and request deletion
Disconnect a channel in your workspace to stop its future use by Shoppyn. You can also remove Google or YouTube access through your Google Account permissions. Revocation and deleting data are separate: request deletion through account settings or support@postly.ai. Specify the affected product and integration. Content already published on a third-party platform is controlled separately there.
8. Purpose, legal bases, and sharing
We use information to provide the contracted service, authenticate users, enforce permissions, prevent abuse, investigate failures, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about your service. Where required we seek consent, including for optional cookies. Hosting, authentication, database, storage, email, security, and authorized publishing providers process information needed for their functions. We do not sell personal information.
9. AI-assisted content
Content you submit to a requested AI feature may be processed by its content-generation provider to produce your requested output. Review generated text and images before publishing. Do not submit sensitive information you lack permission to share. Google integration data is subject to the separate Limited Use restrictions above; connecting Google does not authorize unrelated model training.
10. Billing and payment information
Shopify processes Shoppyn app subscription approvals and payments. We retain store subscription identifiers, approved terms, status, and lifecycle information needed to enforce access and resolve billing issues. Shoppyn does not collect your card details through a separate Postly checkout.
11. Retention and product closure
We retain account and publishing information for service operation and applicable legal, security, and billing purposes. Shared identity records may remain where another Postly product is still active. Closing Shoppyn does not close those other products. Published content remains with its destination unless separately deleted there. Provider-specific deletion and refresh requirements apply to provider API data and take precedence over general account retention. Contact support for a request concerning particular retained data.
12. Cookies, local storage, and security
Essential storage supports login, sessions, language, theme, and consent choices. Optional storage should follow your cookie choices. We use access controls and technical safeguards designed to protect information; no online service can guarantee absolute security. Never share passwords, tokens, or payment details in support messages.
13. International processing and your rights
Our service providers may process information outside your country. Applicable transfer safeguards and local data protection rights depend on the processing relationship. You may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection as applicable, and withdraw consent without changing earlier lawful processing. We verify ownership and authority before disclosing or changing records. You may complain to your relevant supervisory authority.
14. Children and policy updates
Shoppyn is a business publishing service and is not directed to children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal information. We update this policy when our practices change and provide additional notice or consent where required for material changes. The date above identifies this version.
