When you use other Postly products
Closing Shoppyn must preserve active access and data belonging to other products. Shared or uncertain identities are deactivated for the applicable product instead of being permanently deleted.
When Shoppyn is your only product
The existing account-deletion workflow can remove a proven standalone account and its owned data, subject to its confirmation, notice, and required retention rules.
Review billing separately
Check your Shopify subscription and store installation when closing the account. Do not assume that deleting a login alone confirms the provider subscription has ended.
